Join me, Metta + Lululemon for a special happy hour flow class themed to honor and empower women.

Post class, happy hour will continue. (7pm- 8pmish) We will head over to Gloss Beauty to relax and be free in my new office space. It is 5/10 minute drive from Metta Yoga. It would be great to see you on this special week! Life in a female body is UNIQUE and Italian style beverages will be served! If you are coming to our Viva Italia Urban Wellness Retreat, it will give you a chance to meet other students who are coming to Florence, Italy May 25th- 31st
